The Frame structure is designed for proper balancing distribution of stress, deflection & vibration which increases machine life.

The frame is of all steel construction, fabricated from rolled steel plates with suitable cross ribbings. Proper alignment of the frame is ensured by machining.

The Clutch is very rigid better supported and less liable to suffer damage under heavy operating conditions.

We are using revolving clutch in our machine. The Clutch is made of special alloy steel. Pin / rolling key is manufactured from EN24 material & with proper heat treatment which ensure trouble free long life & give continues stroke for mass production.

The Crankshaft is made of special alloy steel and fitted in gun metal bushes for smooth working, long life with high accuracy.

The Crankshaft is made of special alloy steel EN-8 material. Crankshaft is fitted with  gun metal bushes for smooth working.

Flywheel is made of high grade cast iron, for storing and releasing adequate energy for the pressing operation, and properly balanced for smooth running.

For storing and releasing adequate energy for the pressing operation, flywheel of the machine is made with high graded cast iron. It ensures smooth running, properly balancing of the operations.

Gears are made of cast steel or fabricated. Gear teeth are generated by  hobbing machine which ensures long life.

Gears are the most important parts of every press machine. Accuracy and smoothness of the machine depends on the gears we have used in the machine. Considering it, we are using highly graded gears in the machines. Additionally, we have used gun metal ring at both sides in gears while others are using CI casting material.

Ram Slides is made of high grade heavy duty cast iron. Bed is made of high grade heavy duty cast iron & properly aligned with ram for accuracy and precision press operation.

Ram slide is made of high grade heavy duty cast iron & properly seasonal & fitted with Hylum Sheet on back side for friction free travel through slides, ensuring longer life of die and easy operation.

Adjustable stroke  perform all kinds of operations by employing short stroke for blanking and forming operation.

An efficient lubrication system has been provided for lubricating the sliding surfaces and moving parts.
