 – Universal Gear Head: Our milling machine is a universal gear head machine. But with the help of a vertical head, we can do the job vertically as well.

 – One feed Automatic: Our milling machine is one feed automatic. One axis can move automatically. As per the customer’s requirement, we can also customize with 2 feed automatic at extra cost.

Jack Screw

• Universal Table is attached with Jack Screw. It helps us to move the table from the upper side to the downside.
• It can work up to 200-250 kg heavy jobs without any vibration.
• This jack Screw is fully rust protected. The nut of this screw is made with SG Iron casting.
• The size of the Jack Screw is 45 mm in thickness made with EN-8 material.

Table Size

• The table size of our milling machine is 1050 x 250 mm.
• We can use a working surface up to 600 mm. As per customers’ requirements.
• we can also customize and made up to 1200 x 250 mm with extra cost.
• We can put a job with around 300 to 400 kg. on this table size.

Milling Gear Box (Feed Gear Box)
Milling Gear Box is an important component of milling machine because We constantly use auto-feed mechanism full day.

• We have used all the gears with EN-9 Material and with 45-50 Hardness without an oil bath.
• We have 2 options for self-drive.
• Feed Gear Box is attached to the machine.
• We can cut the job up to 75 mm in M.S. Material with Carbide Cutter.
• Spline Shaft with 32 mm thickness/ 6 keyway for long-lasting and better performance.
• All steel gears are made with EN-8 Material so it ensures long life and protects from wear out.
• Generally, 7 ltrs C Type of oils stay in Chamber. Splash lubricating system directly increase the life of gears and machine.

Vertical Head
Sometimes horizontal milling machine has to be cut vertically also. At that time we need a Vertical Head attachment. So we are giving rigid vertical heads with our Milling Machine.

• Our Vertical Head is made with bevel gears.
• ISO-40 Spindle with hardened and ground.

Rigid & Precision Bed
We have made our Milling Machine with High precision and heavy bed.

• Our Bed is a flat type Bed.
• We give the self-lubrication system to lubricate oil.
• Seasoning Hardness in Bed.

We are doing the Seasoning Process. It helps to maintain accuracy against climate change.

• Maximum depth: 5-inch x 10 mm side & face cutter can cut 8 mm depth in one shot in M.S. material.
• Maximum depth with Vertical Head: 5-inch face cutter can cut 6 mm depth in a single shot in M.S. material.
